I just discovered your blog today, as well as the idea of molecular gastronomy. I really enjoy Anthony Bourdain's show, and I was able to catch a clip of him at El Bulli. Very cool stuff. Anyway, I just wanted to share my appreciation for your blog and the fantastic photos. If you have a Flickr account where you post these as well, I'd like to see it!
